How Sama uses browser cookies and local storage

Essential session cookie
When you sign in, our API sets a secure, HTTP-only refresh cookie for session continuity. It is required to keep you signed in and is cleared when you sign out. The exact lifetime follows your session settings.
Browser storage
Sama also stores choices such as your active workspace, table preferences and sidebar state in your browser. The interactive demo may store the scenario and changes you make there so you can continue exploring. This information stays in your browser until you clear it or reset the demo.
Managing your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in from working normally. Clearing browser storage may reset preferences and the demo. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by law.
