These terms explain how businesses may use Sama and what to expect from the service

Who provides Sama
Sama is operated by ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62012DC2026PTC471425 ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply to the Sama website, demo, software workspace and related support. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your business.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and ensure that people you invite have appropriate access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data and instructions your team submits. Tell us promptly at hello@woohl.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Using the service
Use Sama only for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, send spam, or upload content you have no right to use. You are responsible for your own products, customer promises, taxes, regulatory duties and the accuracy of the information you connect or import.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Current plan prices and included usage appear on the pricing page and in your billing screen. A free trial does not require a payment card. If you buy a subscription, the billing screen shows the amount, cycle and renewal details before checkout. Third-party payment providers process payments. Owners may schedule cancellation in Settings → Billing; the subscription then runs until the end of its paid period. See our cancellation and refunds policy for payment issues and refund requests.
Your data and our software
You retain rights to business data, product information and other content you provide. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that data as needed to provide, secure and support Sama. We retain rights to the software, design and documentation. You may export available records from the product; contact us if you need help with an export or account closure. Our privacy policy explains personal data handling.
Integrations and AI features
Connected marketplaces, payment providers, couriers, messaging services and other third parties have their own terms and availability. Sama may present automated summaries or recommendations based on connected data. Review them before acting, especially for financial, tax, pricing or customer decisions. Features that submit actions are subject to the controls and permissions shown in the product.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sama reliable and secure, but planned maintenance, provider outages and technical faults may interrupt access. We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where practical. Continuing to use the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Sama. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Indian law governs these terms, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. For questions or disputes, email hello@woohl.com.
