Who is responsible

ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED operates Sama. For account, website and support information, we decide how personal data is used to run the service. Businesses using Sama may also upload or connect information about their own buyers, staff and suppliers; those businesses decide how that information is collected and used in their operations, and we process it to provide the service.

Information we handle

• Account details such as your name, business name, email address, role and login information
• Business records you enter or connect, including orders, products, inventory, payments, customer contact details and support conversations
• Technical and security information such as device, browser, IP address, session and error logs
• Messages you send to us and billing records from our payment provider

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in the Sama workspace.

Why we use it

We use this information to create accounts, authenticate users, run connected workflows, show reports, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. Optional integrations and messaging work when an authorised user connects or enables them. Demo workspaces use labelled sample data unless you choose to add your own data.

Who may receive it

We share only what is needed with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, security and the integrations you activate. An integration may send data to or receive data from its provider under that provider's own terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal data.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes and maintain security records. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. Contact us about an export, correction or deletion request; some records may have to be retained for lawful reasons.

Your choices and requests

You can update account details and manage connected services in the workspace. You may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, withdraw a consent where applicable, or raise a privacy grievance by emailing hello@woohl.com. We may need to verify your identity and may refer a buyer request to the business that supplied the buyer data. You can also use the rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Cookies and local storage

We use an essential session cookie and browser storage for workspace preferences and demo state. Read the cookie policy for details and browser controls.

Children and international services

Sama is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Some providers may process data outside India when an integration or hosted service requires it. We handle those transfers in line with applicable law and the relevant provider arrangements.

Updates and contact
